Gabriel “The Stockton King” Flores Jr. stepped into the spotlight once again Thursday night at the 108 Rumble.
Chicken Ranch Casino & Resort hosted the event, and fans filled the venue to cheer him on. Flores defended his WBA title for the fourth time with a unanimous decision over Christian Villalba.
Flores rated his performance a B-plus. He said he aimed to give his all in the ring. “I want to be dead tired when I walk out,” he said. “The hard work happens in the gym. Fight night is about staying calm and executing.”

He stayed focused against a previously undefeated opponent and won for the 26th time in 28 fights. Flores credited his hometown fans for pushing him forward. He also shared hopes for what’s next. “The next phase? I hope it’s the UK,” he said.

Another highlight came from Saul Osorio’s pro debut. His brother Alex watched from the crowd. “He’s been fighting since he was seven,” Alex said. “Tonight is the start of something big.”

Robert “El Pistolero” Guerrero Jr. also impressed. The young fighter, son of world champion Robert Guerrero, kept his undefeated streak alive and added another win to his record.
The 108 Rumble brought excitement, pride and big moments. Fans witnessed rising stars and hometown heroes all in one unforgettable night of boxing.
“This is my favorite sport — and my life,” said announcer Lupe Contreras. He hyped the crowd with energy and flair. “The fighters are the steak. I’m just the sizzle.”
