After years of planning and renovation, parts of Stockton’s new City Hall are now open to the public.
Ahead of its full summer debut, residents can already use the renovated space for bill payments, permit requests and other services. For residents who regularly visit City Hall, the shift brings a new setting for everyday civic business. Meanwhile, the San Joaquin Regional Transit District has selected former deputy CEO Kimberly Turner as interim chief executive as the agency continues to navigate leadership turnover.
