Festa Italiana will return to the Lodi Grape Festival Grounds on Sunday, June 7, bringing Italian food, wine, entertainment and family activities to the community.

The event, presented by the Sambado family, will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at 413 E. Lockeford St. in Lodi. Tickets will be available at the door for $15, with free admission for children 12 and under when accompanied by an adult. Parking is free.

The celebration will feature Italian tenor Pasquale Esposito as the headliner on the Morada Produce Main Stage, along with performances by Nino, d’Italiano, The Trucco Band, Balliamo! Italian Folk Dancers, Stockton Garage Band and other local entertainers. Families can also visit the Bambini Zone, which will include clowns, children’s entertainment and Italian dance lessons.

Food will be a major part of the day, with Italian dishes from local chefs and restaurants, including ravioli, gelato and other traditional favorites. The festival will also include a Mercato Marketplace, cooking demonstrations, bocce ball, salami toss, an automobili show, wine tasting, olive oil and local product tastings, and the return of the “Boss of the Sauce” contest.
