Hope Muñoz was born and raised in Santa Fe, NM. She received her BA in journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder in May 2024. This fall, she will attend UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Journalism to pursue her master's degree. Before her time as a local news intern with Stocktonia, Hope worked for multiple Colorado news outlets including The Mountain Ear, Boulder Reporting Lab and CU Today.
