Earlier last month, we reported that the San Joaquin County Sheriffโs Office arrested a former county court clerk for allegedly providing a reporter a copy of a search warrant that was supposed to remain sealed.
In an update on the case, the court passed an emergency motion to seal the arrest warrant โ a motion filed by an attorney representing the clerk’s former employer, the Superior Court itself.
