Good morning, Stockton.

👋 Yesterday, veterans advocate Tino Adame was honored as Stocktonian of The Year by the Central Valley Association of Realtors and the Greater Stockton Chamber of Commerce.
He was bestowed the honor at the Richard A. Pittman Veterans Affairs Clinic, the same clinic he spent years advocating for.
At age 19, Adame volunteered to serve in the Vietnam War, and later became the 25-year post commander for the Karl Ross Post 16 American Legion in Stockton, which supports veterans and their families, including prisoners of war and military personnel missing in action.
You can read more about the ceremony and Adame’s background in Sammy Jimenez’s story here.
As always, thank you for your support.
