Timothy DeBrito has been missing since April 22, when he was last seen at his home in Stockton, police said. He has not been heard from since, and his family remains deeply concerned for his safety, authorities said.

In an updated release, police say DeBrito’s family is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to his whereabouts.

DeBrito is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs about 205 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Police previously said he may have been driving a blue Acura TL.

Authorities have noted that DeBrito has a medical condition that requires regular visits to a doctor, increasing concern about his well-being.
