“The Case of the Disappearing Gauguin”

The Haggin Museum invites visitors to explore the mystery behind “Flowers and Fruit,” a still life once attributed to Paul Gauguin. This immersive exhibition, based on Dr. Stephanie Brown’s new book, examines the painting’s journey through the art market and explores what defines authenticity.
“Carousel: A Concert”
Faye Spanos Concert Hall, University of the Pacific | March 28–30
The Conservatory of Music at University of the Pacific presents a concert performance of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s “Carousel.” The musical tells the story of Billy Bigelow and Julie Jordan — a romance marked by hardship, redemption and iconic songs such as “If I Loved You” and “You’ll Never Walk Alone.”

Racing at the Stockton 99 Speedway

Experience the thrills at Stockton 99 Speedway, which touts itself as the oldest operating racetrack west of the Mississippi. The quarter-mile paved oval hosts an evening of competitive races for motorsports fans of all ages.

Jamz Nor Cal Challenge Cup Cheer Competition

Downtown Stockton hosts the Nor Cal Challenge Cup, a high-energy competition showcasing the talents of youth cheerleaders from across the region. Spectators can expect impressive routines, choreography and team spirit throughout the day.

3rd Annual Crush Colon Cancer 5K
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Plaza | Saturday, March 29 | 8 a.m. to noon
