From haunted mazes to open mics and downtown festivals, fall is officially here — and San Joaquin County is celebrating with events for every age and interest. Whether you’re in the mood for family-friendly pumpkin picking, live music and local food, or a space to share your creative voice, this weekend brings a colorful mix of seasonal traditions and community gatherings to Stockton, Lathrop and Manteca.

Pumpkin Maze at Dell’Osso Family Farm
Oct. 3–31 | Dell’Osso Family Farm, Lathrop
The Pumpkin Maze returns Thursday at Dell’Osso Family Farm, one of California’s largest agri-tourism events. General admission includes access to popular attractions like two corn mazes, pig races, a haunted castle, kiddie rides and the Dell’Osso Express Train.
New additions this year include expanded pedal car speedways, a Halloween costume shop and an upgraded Kiddie Land. Food vendors, live music, a pumpkin patch and a bakery selling fresh donuts and pies are also on-site.
Admission must be purchased on-site the day of your visit. Hours are noon to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekends. Last entry is at 7 p.m. and attractions close between 8 and 8:30 p.m.
Parking is free. Dogs are allowed with some restrictions.
Stockton Pride Festival
Oct. 4 | Yosemite Street Village, Stockton
The San Joaquin Pride Center hosts its 14th annual Stockton Pride Festival on Saturday with a full lineup of entertainment, food vendors and family activities. The free event celebrates diversity and inclusion with live performances and community booths.
Pride takes place from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and welcomes people of all ages to join in the celebration. More details, including stage schedules and vendor lists, are expected to be announced throughout the week.
Free Admission Day at the Haggin Museum
Oct. 4 | 12–5 p.m. | Victory Park, Stockton
The Haggin Museum offers free entry on the first Saturday of each month. Visitors can explore fine art galleries, local history exhibits and rotating displays inside the historic Victory Park building.
Hours are from noon to 5 p.m. Admission is free for all ages.
What’s Your InnerG Healing Festival
Oct. 3 | 6–9:30 p.m. | Hatchworkshop, Stockton
InnerG’s signature open mic event, “The River,” returns to Hatchworkshop on Friday. Artists of all kinds are invited to share poetry, music, comedy and more in a community-centered, healing-focused environment.
The event is free and welcomes anyone looking to express themselves or simply listen and connect.
Manteca Kiwanis Pumpkin Fair
Oct. 4–5 | 10 a.m.–6 p.m. | Downtown Manteca
Pumpkin-flavored treats, contests, a car show and live music take over downtown Manteca this weekend for the annual Pumpkin Fair. Hosted by Manteca Sunrise Kiwanis, the event is expected to draw over 40,000 attendees.
Admission is free and open to the public. Family zones, local vendors and fall photo ops will be available both Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
