San Joaquin County Fair
May 30 – June 1 | San Joaquin County Fairgrounds
The fair is back! From Friday through Sunday, enjoy concerts, carnival rides, agricultural displays, food booths and live entertainment. Gates open at 4 p.m. on Friday and noon on Saturday and Sunday, running until midnight. Tickets available at the gate.
Annual Dog Show
May 29 – June 1 | Lodi Grape Festival Grounds
Cheer on the top dogs in the nation as they compete for Best in Show at this four-day event. Expect vendor booths, dog training demos and free educational tours. Admission is free; parking is $10.
Races at the Stockton 99 Speedway
May 31 | 4105 N. Wilson Way, Stockton
Catch thrilling action at one of the oldest tracks west of the Mississippi. General admission starts at $20 for adults and free for kids 10 and under.
Exhibit Reads: The Unwanted
May 31 | 1:30–3:00 p.m. | Haggin Museum
Join a thoughtful book discussion exploring Vietnamese-American history through the lens of Kien Nguyen’s memoir. Free refreshments provided.
Skedaddle Bubble Run
June 1 | 8 a.m.–2 p.m. | Michael Faklis Park
Get ready to run, walk or dance through bubbles during this 1K, 5K, or 10-mile event, benefitting the Emergency Food Bank of San Joaquin. Kids 12 and under run free. Expect bubble zones, music, food trucks and more.
Jewish Food Fair & Temple Israel’s 175th Anniversary
June 1 | 9:30 a.m.–2 p.m. | Temple Israel
Celebrate tradition with bagels, corned beef, dancing and live music at this beloved cultural event now marking its 50th year. Free admission and parking.
Pride Honors: Our Legacy, Our Future
June 1 | 10:30 a.m.–2 p.m. | Hilton Stockton
Kick off Pride Month with an inspiring brunch honoring LGBTQ+ leaders and changemakers. Tickets are $100 and include performances, speeches, and community awards.
