Late May brings championship-level disc golf, car culture gatherings, dirt track racing, fashion and comedy to Stockton and the surrounding area.
And what’s more, it’s Memorial Day weekend, so you get an extra day of fun.

The OTB Open returns to Swenson Park Golf Course as part of the Disc Golf Pro Tour. Professional and amateur competitors will compete on a temporary course set across the golf grounds. The four-day event includes tournament play, spectator viewing and vendor areas. Event schedules, competitor information and course maps are available online.
Stockton Cruise Nights takes place at Waterloo’s Gun & Bocce Club every fourth Friday, from May through October. The family-friendly event features classic cars, custom builds, vendors and on-site food and beverages. The monthly gatherings highlight local car enthusiasts and small businesses.
Stockton Dirt Track hosts racing on its 3/8-mile clay oval at the San Joaquin County Fairgrounds. Divisions include Pro Stocks, Sport Mods, A-Mods, Nor Cal Dwarf Cars and Hobby Stocks. The event offers grandstand seating and concessions for fans.
Dawl Camp Kids Fashion Week – Wild Wild West Runway & Youth Mental Wellness Fair
Dawl Camp Kids Fashion Week hosts the Wild Wild West Runway and Youth Mental Wellness Fair at the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel. The free event includes a youth fashion runway, community resources and nonprofit organizations focused on youth empowerment and mental wellness. The event is open to children ages 5-16 and their families.
Night of Comedy brings a lineup of comedians and musical guests to the Stockton Memorial Civic Auditorium. The show features headliner Real Warri Pikin along with additional performers and a DJ. The event highlights stand-up comedy and live entertainment.
The Original Stockton Family Flea Market operates every Saturday and Sunday, with indoor and outdoor vendors selling new and used goods, produce and specialty items. The market features hundreds of vendors and free admission and parking.
From championship disc golf and classic cars to live comedy and community markets, May 21-24 offers several ways to get out and explore Stockton.
