There’s another busy weekend on tap in Stockton. Downtown hosts one of its biggest annual pop culture events, while local arts organizations, museums and community spaces offer opportunities to explore something new.

The Stockton Ports continue their summer homestand with a matchup against the Fresno Grizzlies at Stockton Ballpark. The Ports remain one of the city's longest-running sports traditions, with more than 80 seasons of professional baseball in Stockton. Fans can enjoy an evening on the downtown waterfront while supporting the home team during the California League season.
Artsplash: Christmas in July
Artsplash returns for its 12th season with a Christmas in July theme at the Waterfront Warehouse, by Nena's. The monthly downtown gathering highlights local artists and makers while encouraging residents to explore Stockton's creative community. This month's event includes holiday-themed activities and handmade gifts in a relaxed waterfront setting.
StocktonCon Summer returns to Adventist Health Arena for its annual celebration of comics, gaming, animation and pop culture. The two-day convention draws thousands of fans from across California and features artists, vendors, cosplay competitions and special guests throughout the weekend. A portion of the proceeds supports local charities, making the event both a regional attraction and a community fundraiser.
The Market at Delta College has served Stockton shoppers for nearly five decades and continues to operate every Saturday and Sunday. The weekly market has become a longtime weekend tradition for residents looking to shop local and spend the morning outdoors.
Catalyst Studio Wednesday Night Drawing Group Exhibit
The Catalyst Studio opens a new exhibition showcasing artwork created by participants in its longtime Wednesday Night Drawing Group. The exhibit highlights work produced through the weekly classes led by local artist Robert Kelley and offers visitors a chance to see the progress of artists studying drawing at every experience level. An opening reception will be held during the exhibit's debut.
