The San Joaquin County Fairgrounds will host its first Halloween at the Fair, a four-day celebration featuring carnival rides and seasonal attractions. Organizers are planning what they describe as the county's largest trunk-or-treat, with more than 500 vehicles participating across three nights. The event will also feature Día de los Muertos programming and fireworks scheduled for Saturday and Sunday. Admission is free, but tickets are required.
Adventist Health Arena is opening its exclusive suite level to the public for a free Halloween celebration. Families can explore decorated suites and collect candy during the indoor trick-or-treating event. The celebration is organized with support from local sponsor Merces Jeremías and community organizations throughout Stockton.
Linden Blooms wraps up its fall season with one final weekend of activities at Chinchiolo Farming. Visitors can explore the farm's LOVE Corn Maze or take a guided tractor ride through the orchards while learning about Linden's agricultural history from a fourth-generation farmer. Admission includes access to the pumpkin patch, with pumpkins available for purchase separately.
The Stockton Thunder return to Adventist Health Arena for a matchup against the Baton Rouge Kingfish. The game is part of the team's inaugural season in the Federal Prospects Hockey League and will feature a Girls in Hockey promotion recognizing female participation in the sport.
Kings Card Club brings back its annual haunted house for a sixth year, offering three nights of Halloween activities. The celebration concludes Saturday with a free outdoor family night featuring candy giveaways and music from DJ Pork Chop. Complimentary food and drinks will also be available during the Halloween festivities.
Weberstown Mall will host a free Día de los Muertos celebration centered on remembrance and Mexican cultural traditions. The Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery will create a community ofrenda where visitors can honor loved ones who have died. The afternoon will feature performances by Mariachi Tierra Jalisciense de Andres Ysiano and Ballet Folklorico Raices Mexicanas, with activities available for children.
Halloween may end Saturday night, but the weekend’s final celebration carries a different meaning.
