Authorities say a 57-year-old man found dead after being kidnapped from a Sikh temple in Tracy was not the intended target. Chris Woodyard reports that Avtar Singh had been missing for days before his body was discovered more than 100 miles away at Lake Berryessa. The sheriff’s office continues to investigate as family members and the local Sikh community seek answers.
