A man was arrested over the weekend after police found him asleep in car at a Tracy gas station, allegedly under the influence, with a gun in his lap and a toddler in the back seat.
Wayne Haro Jr., 28, was located by officers Sunday morning at an AM/PM near Tracy Boulevard and Valpico Road.
Police said they responded to a report of a man passed out in a vehicle.
Following an investigation, police alleged that Haro was under the influence of alcohol while a 3-year-old child was asleep in the backseat of the vehicle.
Officers said the man also had a loaded handgun between his legs.
He was booked into San Joaquin County Jail on suspicion of crimes that include felony child endangerment and driving under the influence.
