Two newly constructed homes were found significantly damaged at a development in Mountain House, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office said Saturday.
The damage was reported about 6:30 a.m. May 14 at North Girardi Drive & West Calabria Drive, the sheriff’s office said.
At one home, the staircase framing had been torn out, holes were punched in the walls, and concrete had been poured into the bathtub.
At the second residence, graphic images were spray-painted, and caulking was smeared across the walls and floors, the sheriff’s office said.
The damage followed a report on May 13 that three males — possibly juveniles — were seen knocking over traffic cones at the roundabout in the area, the sheriff’s office said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office at (209) 468-4400.
