A 41-year-old man was arrested in Stockton’s Park District over the weekend for allegedly breaking into a business and refusing to come out when police arrived.
Emanuel Martinez was accused by the Stockton Police Department of breaking the windows at the business in the 1500 block of East Fremont Street to gain entry early Saturday morning.
When police arrived, Martinez was allegedly still inside and refused to come out when ordered. He was taken into custody after what police said was a brief struggle that led to an additional allegation of resisting arrest.
Martinez was also accused of burglary and vandalism.
