Two men were wounded in separate shootings hours apart over the weekend in Stockton’s Civic District, police said. 
A 35-year-old man was sitting in his parked car in the 100 block of West Poplar Street around midnight Saturday when he saw flashes and realized he had been shot, according to the Stockton Police Department. The man drove himself to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury. 
Around 2 p.m., a 33-year-old man was shot near Alpine Avenue and Sutter Street. The victim was in the area when he felt pain and noticed he had been shot.  
He was also taken to a hospital with a non-life-threatening injury, police said. 
No suspect information was available in either shooting.
