San Joaquin County sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help finding a missing 13-year-old boy who was last seen Tuesday night near Waterloo Road and Rhode Island Street in Stockton.

The Sheriff’s Office sent an emergency text alert at 10:52 pm. Tuesday saying Alexander, a Hispanic juvenile with special needs, had last been seen in the area around 8:30 p.m.

Alexander (no further information was given on his name) is 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes, according to authorities. 

He was last seen wearing a blue shirt and tan shorts. He was not wearing socks or shoes. Authorities said he may be riding a silver and blue Razor scooter.
