A 42-year-old man was stabbed during an armed robbery in downtown Stockton early Sunday morning, police said.
The attack occurred around 4:10 a.m. in the area of Center and Miner streets in the city’s Civic District, according to the Stockton Police Department.
Investigators said the victim handed over his belongings after the suspects pointed a firearm at him. One of the suspects then stabbed him before both fled on foot.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
No arrests have been announced.
