Following a months-long local, state and federal investigation dubbed “Operation Sparkplug,” officials announced Wednesday the arrests of four Lodi men. According to reporting by Hannah Workman, the operation resulted in the seizure of 37 firearms and quantities of cocaine and methamphetamine.
Stocktonia’s Shaylee Navarro reports that the California Highway Patrol arrested 40-year-old Lincoln High School teacher Nickolas Turpen-Arends on suspicion of possessing several thousand images of child sexual abuse material.
