Friends and family gathered Thursday at Nelson Park to celebrate what would have been Dustin DeWitt’s 22nd birthday. About 50 people attended the gathering, where they shared memories and reflected on the life of the Stockton man. Andrea Baltodano reports from the event and speaks with those who came together to remember him.
We’re also following a judge’s decision to move forward with a competency trial for accused Stockton serial killer Wesley Brownlee, nearly four years after his arrest. Police have also arrested a suspect in last week’s double homicide in north Stockton.
